Welcome to the latest episode of Mixtapes & Mopeds! In this one we cover our favorite 80s commercials, the differences in parenting from then to now, and what were our social outlets back then. We also touch on a few Bengals topics, our favorite Thanksgiving dishes, and Panda once again tries to Stump Wheels.

On this episode we kick off a great discussion about MTV now that it has announced it is shutting down all of its video channels. We talk about what it meant back in the early days and what we used to watch. Then we get into a couple of segments on 80s slang terms and 80s fads that we got caught up in. We briefly cover the recent World Series and finish things off with Wheels attempting to Stump Panda.

In this episode we talk about the cities that have changed the most since our youth, we bring back the Dirty Niner with our top 9 sports announcers of all time, and we talk about things that make us smile. We close out with another Stump Wheels.

After getting nearly 40k views on our Instagram post on the album New Jersey, Panda decided to pull together his 10 favorite tracks into a video, which you can watch here.

This journey started back in 1986. My dad, who fixed up wrecked cars on the side, bought a damaged red 1982 Datsun 280ZX and fixed it up. I got to drive it around quite a bit and loved the manual transmission and how spunky the engine was. But I really just loved how cool this little red sports car looked on me. Alas, as happened with numerous other cool cars my dad fixed up, he sold it to some lucky person and I never saw it again.
